Battle of the Maroons

Past pupils of two of Sri Lanka’s most distinguished brother schools, Ananda College and Nalanda College, presently residing in the United Arab Emirates, will once again unite to stage the annual Battle of the Maroons Cricket Carnival on Sunday, February 15 2026, at the Royal Sports Club Cricket Ground, Ajman, UAE. This year’s event marks the 16th consecutive edition of this prestigious inter-school sporting encounter.
